The agent responsible for my SR22 insurance submitted incorrect details. This led to a denial from the Secretary of State. I requested a refund since her mistake cost me money, and I was not keen on continuing with your company. However, I found out that over half of my funds would be deducted for a refund, and I’d have to wait weeks to get it back. So, I’m stuck dealing with your company. To make matters worse, when the insurance lady sold me the policy, she assured me that I’d receive a call from the Secretary of State as soon as the response came in. Turns out, that was a load of nonsense. I called and discovered the truth myself. This all happened at the location in Cicero, Illinois.

They really helped me out. At 19, with a spotless driving history, I was getting quotes of 400 bucks for just the basic liability coverage from other places. But these folks offered me a deal at 165. Thank goodness!

Victor is super helpful, and the women in the office are really nice. They totally get it when I can't make a payment, and they just put me back on track when I'm ready, no late fees or anything like that. My mom and I are customers for life!
